Nope! Any pre-paid UPS packages can be dropped off without extra charges, if you would like to have a receipt containing a tracking number – we are happy to provide that to you with no additional costs.

Unfortunately, we do not take FedEx shipments. Although, we are happy to take/process any drop-offs through UPS.

At this time, we can only accept Amazon Returns that have a pre-paid UPS label. All returns using a QR code must go through registered UPS stores.
If your package is already registered with a QR code, there is a process to reverse that to be able to prepay through UPS, explained at this link

Orders through Plaques Plus should be expected to take around 2 weeks. Orders can be expedited with an additional rush fee.

Yes, if necessary, additional pickup times that lie outside of our 9am-4pm hours can be arranged 24 to 48 hours before the pickup time.

Currently, any printing jobs turnaround time is 7-9 business days depending on stock, availability, and quantity.
